Bourbon Barry, Angry Irish Mac, and Joel from the Whiskey Rocks Podcast joined the team at Barrel King with one goal: create a blend we’d all be proud to put our names on.
We started with two exceptional Kentucky barrels and brought in a third barrel from Indiana. Then came the fun part: tasting, comparing, adjusting the proportions, disagreeing a little, and going back to the glass until we found the combination that worked for all three of us.
The result is The King’s Council.
Not a whiskey created by one palate, but by three friends who spend a lot of time drinking, talking about, and occasionally arguing about whiskey.
