The Pick Process
The Visit
At Barrel King, selecting the right barrel or barrels isn’t just about the bourbon. We want you to have the full hands-on blending experience. With blending sessions, conversations, and education, the visit is just the beginning of your Barrel Pick.
The Tasting
We invite your group or team down for a day of tasting and experiencing our process. You’ll have the opportunity to sample barrels, hear about blending options, and get the hands-on experience of our operations and working alongside our team.
The Pick
Your group will work closely with our distillery manager to find just the right barrels and blends to fit your pallate and group’s goals. Once your selection has been made, we’ll discuss timeline and fulfillment, as well as packaging and label options.
