Tasting notes from distillery manager, Matt Bunch:

Nose - Red apple peel, confectionary sugars, pie crust, black cherry

Palate - barrel char, sweet oak, cherry, golden apple, fresh rolled dough.  Toasted apple pie. 

Finish - Very dough and fruity. Old barrel funk and dusty.
