75%- 9 year and 11 year 36% rye MGP Bourbon, 25%- 4 ½ year Southern Distilling Experimental Char 1 Bourbon Finished in Stagg Jr and McGinnis Toasted barrels.

Nose - Vanilla and marshmallow. The toasted barrel influence sings on the nose. The barrel char notes lend well into a strong reminder of toasted marshmallow. The sweet oak supports the main notes well as a nice undertone. 

Palate - The palate on this bourbon is so interesting. It is one you will want to sit with as it does drink very complexly. Toasted notes ring through and loads of the vanilla carry in followed by a hint of BBQ.  

Finish- The finish rides on the back palate with a sweet and saucy note riding on the back of your tongue while the barrel char notes front load for a full experience.
