What the heck is a "SiB+"?

This term was coined by Barrel King to describe our unique process of blending and bottling. When you've found that almost ideal barrel, why use it in a blend when you can use just add a small amount of another barrel to fine-tune it to perfection?

In our case, the team thought this 11-year 36% rye Indiana Bourbon  just needed a splash (1 gallon or less) of a 9-year bourbon to bring some brightness.
